Shipping policy

Shipping for all items is free to all UK addresses.

Doorstep delivery

All orders are delivered to your doorstep, or as close to your delivery address as reasonably possible. Please note that our standard delivery service does not include carrying items into your home or garden, so you will need to arrange this yourself.

Parasol bases weighing 50kg or above are delivered on a pallet.

Our standard delivery service does not include removal of packaging materials.

Access & delivery

Deliveries are made using large delivery vehicles. If access to your property may be difficult due to narrow roads, low bridges, restricted parking or other access limitations, please contact us before ordering. We’ll be happy to discuss the delivery requirements and find the most suitable option.

White glove delivery & installation

We can organise a white glove delivery and installation service. Please select the option at checkout and we'll be in touch with a bespoke quote. Prices start at £150 per address.

International shipping

We are happy to facilitate international shipping. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.

Unfortunately we are not currently shipping to the USA.
